Referring a friend is simple and only takes a few steps:
Log into Your Neptune Account: Start by logging into the Subscriber Portal and head scroll to the bottom of the dashboard under the list of your services.
Share Your Referral Link or QR Code: Once you click on the Refer a Friend button, you’ll have two sharing options:
Copy Link: Copy your unique referral link and share it directly with your friend.
Show QR Code: Display a QR code that your friend can scan to sign up.
Your Friend Signs Up: When your friend signs up using your link or QR code and activates their service, both of you will receive a $25 credit of Neptune service.

Terms and Conditions
To ensure everyone benefits from the referral program fairly, here are a few quick guidelines:
Eligibility: Referrals must be new Neptune customers who sign up using your unique link or QR code.
Reward Delivery: $25 credits will be applied once your friend’s service is fully activated with a paid subscription.
Offer Availability: This program is a limited-time offer, so refer as soon as possible to maximize your rewards.
Important Notice: This offer is strictly for friends and family referrals and must not be published on public forums or websites.
Breaching these terms may lead to the early expiry of your referral code. This is explained in our terms of service.
The $25 credit for the referrer will only be credited after the person who signed up using the code has paid their first invoice. This means there may be a one-month delay before the referrer receives their $25 credit, whereas new sign-ups will get their $25 credit immediately.
Referrers can receive a $25 credit once per month but are welcome to refer as many people as they like — each referral will receive a $25 credit. However, referrers can only apply one credit per billing period, and it can only be applied to their current billing cycle.
Stacking referral credits with other coupons and promotions is not allowed. It may be permitted at Neptune Internet's discretion.
